    Gotta love my @optimum internet that downloads the first gig of my update at 85-95 Mbps and then downloads the remaining gig at 1.5 Mbps. Just amazing quality service. Uh oh looks like it’s down to 75.6 Kbps now! Feels like dialup now!

    @optimum please check performance of your call center. It sucks!! Not able to resolve any issues. call drops.after picking a call ..rep take forever..no greeting nothing. Never calls customer back if call drops. Lack of knowledge Something is seriously wrong.#optimum @AlticeUSA

    @AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp @optimum It has more than 8 hours since you disconnected my internet without prior intimation. It is against the law, as per @GovMurphy executive order #126..no action has been take even after multiple calls to your customer service. This is just not done!

    @OptimumHelp new customer signup I ws told no install fee but invoice shows install fee of 59 , I chat they cant help I call 973 230 2036 they keep transferring me from billing to online sales to cust service ..such bad exp for new cust its liss if trust pls look into my case

    I have called @optimum yesterday and today to inquire about being overcharged the past few months. They had not notified me of the increase in my bill. Today I have been waiting over an hour on the phone with them just to get a hold of a customer service rep.@OptimumHelp

    @optimumhelp who do I gotta complain to in order to get my WiFi fixed? For weeks now it cuts in and out constantly. I hate that I’m paying for WiFi when the damn WiFi doesn’t even work properly.

    @optimum extremely disappointed with your service. Even after my payment and using the service for more than one year, you’ve disconnected my internet and your rep on phone is saying he can’t restore my service for 48hours. That’s ridiculous! Big fail.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I am a very upset customer that has had issues with your services since May 2020 when I had someone come install! Iv been promised countless times help help, countless times a manager/supervisor would call me, and composite for my issues and I get lied to

    Waiting for my 5th tech visit from @optimum and I get a phone call from them. It’s not my tech - they’re calling about the mobile plan offer. Customer Service already told me they would remove me from that list. Why does every customer service agent directly lie to customers?

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
