    @HawaiianTel 3rd day no internet on finals weekend for college and now it’s a work day with 3 at home workers. Time to make internet a public utility with 24 hour service like electricity and water.

    @HawaiianTel Can someone please help us fix our wifi, our internet stopped working for a couple of days now. I sent a ticket the first 24 hrs my internet lost its connection have not heard from anyone, I badly need for work as an online teacher, thanks! my first ticket 2811702

    @HawaiianTel Fantastic. Can someone please help my Mom and Grandparents whose land line continuously goes out in Haiku, Maui? They don't get cell service so it's their only way to communicate in case if an emergency.

    @FightingSeabee1 @HawaiianTel 30 min wait, finally a @HawaiianTel tech in the Philippines was able to tell me there's an outage in Kaneohe. 2 days ago, now going on day 6 of 2.5 mbps. Arrrgh!

    @HawaiianTel @HaikuJoeNaz Ok @HawaiianTel my issues with you continue: why was I billed for the full month (2/25/22 - 3/24/22) when I discontinued service with you on 3/11/22?! Please resolve this ASAP

    @HawaiianTel Internet is not working for me in Wailea (Maui) & I was told nobody can come out until the 20th. This is not acceptable. Trying to work, please contact me! Otherwise I'll have to switch to Spectrum.

    @HawaiianTel Every night between 6:00 & 7:00, my connection becomes terrible. Internet dies for about 15 seconds when it happens, ping goes up by 20% on everything, I start to get noticeable packet loss, and Twitch streams buffer endlessly. Near Pahoa on the big island.

    @HawaiianTel is there a local customer service number? I’ve called 2 times to disconnect my service, returned my equipment and can’t get an accurate answer about my final bill. When I returned my equipment, they acted like they couldn’t find my name or account.
