  @HawaiianTel We live in Haiku and have been out of service since Friday morning. Any updates on the repair? Would be a plus if updates were posted periodically on social media and we're not kept in the dark.

  @zquestz @HawaiianTel not really. most end points are in the US. I'd trust them about as much as I'd trust a commercial VPN service. I have a feeling the IPV6 thing here is due to the government wanting to keep meta data logs on everyone and almost all ISP's putting it into the "too hard" basket

  @HawaiianTel Thanks. FYI: the speed got up to 15 mbps for awhile yesterday, but has dropped to 5 recently. This is excruciatingly painful. Look forward to the fix, soon.

  @HawaiianTel Internet is not working for me in Wailea (Maui) & I was told nobody can come out until the 20th. This is not acceptable. Trying to work, please contact me! Otherwise I'll have to switch to Spectrum.

  @business @HawaiianTel - Hey, how long does it take for a new customer to sign-up? So far, I’ve wasted 20 hours waiting for installers to show-up (who never show or call) and talking to customer service reps (who are always very nice). No one follows up or calls back as promised🤬🤬

  @drlaniteves Called support, repeated steps multiple times. Still no tv. It’s now been a week no tv. Support sending tech to fix it…IN TWO WEEKS!!! Hung up, called @HawaiianTel. Tech showed up at 8:30 next a.m. Had TV one hour later. We’re satisfied. NEVER going back.

  @HawaiianTel I was given ticket #2826119 for a tech to be at my house btwn 800-1200pm today. No call, no show & I took off work. Unacceptable 😡 I called customer service & was told nothing can do but reschedule 😡😡 No explanation, no courtesy call, no compensation for wasting my time 😡

  @HawaiianTel Spoke to tech support which said there is an outage in Makawao. Your outgoing Tech Support msg said this last night as well as this morning.

  @HawaiianTel @Balance808 I know an engineer who used to work at Hawaiian Telcom. He said they don’t work on Sundays so don’t expect issues on Sundays to be repaired until Monday.

  @Real_Ant @HawaiianTel @HawaiiBloggen Same issue here. Ticket reference #2838820. Was on with cust svc last night (2/3) and they did great troubleshooting but they would probably appreciate knowing about this "known" issue to inform customers

  @HawaiianTel had to call many times over many weeks I finally got my issue resolved but received terrible customer service. Was told multiple times by Eljay a supervisor would call me back and never did. Meanwhile I was still charged for a service I wasnt actually receiving. auwe
