Every time I called over the past two months, the machine says an estimated 7-15minutes, then no one picks up for hours. When I arrange a call back I get none. Plus they are charging me $300/month for services I never agreed to.

Long story short, I’m now sitting in my living room looking at the god damn ceiling and counting how many paint bubbles there are because the tech left me WITH NO INTERNET SERVICE!!

After 4 calls, tech came at 3pm, but no internet hooked up. Friday 4 calls to service center, no tech. Now Monday, still no internet. You are hurting my business.
