Have to hard restart each time to get internet going again for a few hours then it’s cuts out again. Maybe i’ll just read a book 📖 #hawaiiantelcom

When I arrange a call back I get none. Plus you are charging me $300/month for services you acknowledge I never agreed to and cut off my internet

Long story short, I’m now sitting in my living room looking at the god damn ceiling and counting how many paint bubbles there are because the tech left me WITH NO INTERNET SERVICE!!

After 4 calls, tech came at 3pm, but no internet hooked up. Friday 4 calls to service center, no tech. Now Monday, still no internet. You are hurting my business.

They switched to sending their spam using @SendGrid so will have to get them to do the same. Please do what you can to report them to law enforcement.
