Needless to say, they couldn’t transfer me to a Hawai’i rep. And they could only promise I might hear back in 24 to 48 hours. WTF!!!

Your sales staff said I had a great deal. Ridiculous. Cut your services and will stream direct instead because your costs are absurd.
