    @HawaiianTel Your company is going downhill. Moved. No install person came. No call. Nothing. Now false billing w/ equipment returned. Called and CSR knew that it was returned. Horrible.

    @MikeGoodlander @HawaiianTel I’ll tell you now, spectrum is no better which tells me both are garbage. @elonmusk and starlink will hopefully save our internet woes.

    @HawaiianTel Why dont you folks have an easy to find status page? My internet went down for almost half an hour tonight (came back ~8:20pm). Called but it came back while I was listening to that maddening hold music. What happened?

    Just had fiber installed at my home, and @HawaiianTel still doesn't support IPv6... They should have definitely told me this before the install. I just figured any reasonable ISP would offer IPv6 at this point. Wrong. Another reminder not to assume. At least it is fast.

    @FightingSeabee1 @Real_Ant @HawaiianTel It was resolved Friday the 10th. An insider told me they ran out of central fiber capacity in Kaneohe. Would be great if messages from corp trickle down to the techs faster, because the engineers knew about this one week before the techs. Would save a lot of troubleshooting.
