They switched to sending their spam using @SendGrid so will have to get them to do the same. Please do what you can to report them to law enforcement.

JoeNazz (@HaikuJoeNaz) reported@HawaiianTel Biggest mistake I did was switching from Spectrum to Hawaiian TEL. Customer service got to be the worse including the incompetent sales person. No automated or social media updates on outages. Horrible!

otsukaresama (@gyamashita) reported@HawaiianTel customer service the past few times I've called has been horrible. inconsistent requirements to access accounts, CS reps had no idea what they were doing, gave me misinformation, and problems still not fixed. past CS was really good. lately, not so much.
