I was never given an opportunity to set up secret questions or a password, but I'm being beholden to this asinine process. They refuse to help.

Unacceptable 😡 I called customer service & was told nothing can do but reschedule 😡😡 No explanation, no courtesy call, no compensation for wasting my time 😡
