HI Republican Action (@HIRA_808) reported@HawaiianTel I finally got an answer with HT’s Manila call center, which was only able to read me the same useless message as in this tweet. Needless to say, they couldn’t transfer me to a Hawai’i rep. And they could only promise I might hear back in 24 to 48 hours. WTF!!!

JoeNazz (@HaikuJoeNaz) reported@HawaiianTel We live in Haiku and have been out of service since Friday morning. Any updates on the repair? Would be a plus if updates were posted periodically on social media and we're not kept in the dark.

JoeNazz (@HaikuJoeNaz) reported@HawaiianTel Biggest mistake I did was switching from Spectrum to Hawaiian TEL. Customer service got to be the worse including the incompetent sales person. No automated or social media updates on outages. Horrible!

Blaine Fergerstrom (@zztype) reported@drlaniteves Called support, repeated steps multiple times. Still no tv. It’s now been a week no tv. Support sending tech to fix it…IN TWO WEEKS!!! Hung up, called @HawaiianTel. Tech showed up at 8:30 next a.m. Had TV one hour later. We’re satisfied. NEVER going back.

Steve Timberlake (@Linkmeister) reported@HawaiianTel 1/2 Why does your customer svc dept fail at getting a new account set up for two weeks and counting? Why do your 3rd-party verifiers not answer their phones when customers are waiting for them? Why can I be told the person I just spoke to "doesn't work there"
