    @AskFrontier for the third day in a row, Iโ€™ve been on the phone to resolve an issue and keep getting the run around. Nobody can come to my house for another 2 weeks. On top of that, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes tonight for nobody to answer and was disconnected.

    @britt_hold @AskFrontier Forever it seems. They tried to tell us service was restored and to power cycle the modem, and when it inevitably was still not working, said oh wait thereโ€™s ANOTHER outage ๐Ÿ™„

    @FrontierCorp so I have been without tv or internet due to the fact that your office shut down my box in the garage due to what Frontier calls and emergency shut down. Please explain why you can shut it down remotely but canโ€™t turn it back on remotely. Very upset customer
