    So according to @FrontierCorp custody service, my cable boxes, which are hooked up to coax, aren't working because my internet modern is broken, but my internet works fine. Finding out on demand service is down for a lot of people in tampa now. Hmmm

    Congratulations @AskFrontier on become just as crap as any other cable company by setting an appointment for a very non-specific four hour block and then messaging me with 30 minutes to go in that block that you have to reschedule. NOT AMUSED.

    Why can’t Tampa get a better internet provider than @FrontierCorp? So sick of losing internet for several days every month or so. Their reliability is awful

    @AskFrontier any known issues in Tampa, FL? Connectivity is slow at best even after multiple router/ONT resets. Many websites not fully loading.

    Complete and total service failure by @FrontierCorp. Now they can’t come til Thursday which is 15 days after going down and they tell em something different every call

    @AskFrontier Hey! Ron at tech support was awesome. Very patient, helpful and considerate. Side note: We'll be cancelling our service shortly after you replace the Verizon boxes we still have because @espn and #mondaynightfootball aren't working. Again, Ron was outstanding.

    @FrontierCorp Hey, Why is giga not working? Called, have now been on hold for a while Ironically ,I canceled Verizon to join Frontier only for you guys to get persuasively bought out by them I knew it was bad when a chat agent accidentally pasted their dialogue script in our chat room

    @FrontierCorp I would never refer anyone to Frontier! We haven't had internet/ phone service for almost 3 weeks with no date for restoration. What kind of Internet company can run their company like this?!?

    @FrontierCorp I just had fiber installed and the line has been left exposed and barely buried, with no conduit where it enters my property-worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier. This is a safety risk and could easily be damaged. #Frontier #CustomerService

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
