    @AskFrontier I don’t know what to do anymore every support u call they tell u the same basic things to do to get ur speed back so i gave up.

    @FrontierCorp I just had fiber installed and the line has been left exposed and barely buried, with no conduit where it enters my property-worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier. This is a safety risk and could easily be damaged. #Frontier #CustomerService

    @AskFrontier They changed my wifi router telling me it was the issue. After changing ot has past 18 hours the same freaking issue.

    @FrontierCorp 3 nights in a row now. Internet goes down late at night. I work second shift this is my time to relax. Verizon was the first straw but now I am thinking this might be the one that breaks my back.

    Hoping @Verizon and @VerizonSupport realize that people are aware you bought @FrontierCorp! The lack of customer service and urgency to fix customer issues is starting to reflect on you! DAY 19 without internet because of an issue caused by Frontier themselves. How is this acceptable!?

    @AskFrontier can you explain to me why I HAVE to go thru my HOA rep to start a 7GB plan and pay $400 more a year for the same service as everyone else while others in my building can get a 1GB plan for free? Why am I paying for their internet? Promo is $109/m Im charged $135/m

    (1/2) @FrontierCorp Wasa charged a $10 fee for rental routers provided for a free month. I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.

    At a loss for what to do? @AskFrontier. You all have the wrong email for my account. I spend hours on chat and on the phone and they say we have to send you a security code. I can’t receive it because the email you have for me is incorrect. How can someone help me?

    @FrontierCorp I recently became a customer of Frontier. Today, our service developed a problem. That began at noon. For the last four hours I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact support. AI is great but must be used properly. Still no service.

    @AskFrontier having issues in central PA since this morning. Got a text saying it should be fixed by 4:15 pm and still no services restored. Others are now getting texts about no service til the 15th. What's the problem, why are we still without service?

    @AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.

    @AskFrontier I've been trying for over a week to get internet service from @FrontierCorp. No one showed up when installation was scheduled. I spent too much time today getting bounced around the their phone system, now the order to install is cancelled. Do you want customers?

    @AskFrontier The team never came to my door. I only spoke to them after they had already started digging. They also told me they only notify homeowners if Frontier requires it (something that I’ve already mentioned), & multiple neighbors on my neighborhood said they had no notice either.

    @FrontierCorp I just switched from Comcast/Xfinity and we're getting about half the speed. Frankly, it sucks.
