I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.

I spent too much time today getting bounced around the their phone system, now the order to install is cancelled. Do you want customers?

They also told me they only notify homeowners if Frontier requires it (something that I’ve already mentioned), & multiple neighbors on my neighborhood said they had no notice either.
