Jack (@jack5489) reported@FrontierCorp it sure why my 500/500 service goes down 2-3 times every day. When it comes back up it’s 80/60. Customer service is absolutely worthless. I’m going to start taking screenshots and file a class action lawsuit. Not getting what I am paying for.

But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
