    @FrontierCorp So I got the bate and switch. Called and set up installation and explained I had my own router. Was told I could use it and avoid the rental fee for your equipment. Now after the fact your rep just told me I have to pay $10 a month regardless!! Total BS fix it!

    @AskFrontier Hey! Ron at tech support was awesome. Very patient, helpful and considerate. Side note: We'll be cancelling our service shortly after you replace the Verizon boxes we still have because @espn and #mondaynightfootball aren't working. Again, Ron was outstanding.

    @FrontierCorp so I have been without tv or internet due to the fact that your office shut down my box in the garage due to what Frontier calls and emergency shut down. Please explain why you can shut it down remotely but can’t turn it back on remotely. Very upset customer

    Two years of fantastic service from @FrontierCorp internet and then, at the very end, they squeeze a ridiculous $9.99 disconnect fee on the final bill. It’s like companies just like finding ways to make sure you won’t come back!

    @FrontierCorp @Verizon You dug an 8-foot hole in my yard with no notice. I’m not a customer. Spent hours calling, got bounced between departments, and no one could tell me why I wasn’t notified. Your contractor says they only notify if YOU tell them to. So… why didn’t you?

    @AskFrontier He must have your private messages turned off because it just keeps returning back. Just took my account off of auto pay. And guess what? I will be a new Armstrong customer come May the 2nd.
