    @FrontierCorp just wanted to tell you that your customer service absolutely sucks. It is ridiculous that I owe you $139 and you owe me $150 and you wonโ€™t take the $139 out of the $150 and have the nerve to tell me you want your money today but will take 2 months to send me mine!

    @britt_hold @AskFrontier Forever it seems. They tried to tell us service was restored and to power cycle the modem, and when it inevitably was still not working, said oh wait thereโ€™s ANOTHER outage ๐Ÿ™„

    @FrontierCorp so I have been without tv or internet due to the fact that your office shut down my box in the garage due to what Frontier calls and emergency shut down. Please explain why you can shut it down remotely but canโ€™t turn it back on remotely. Very upset customer
