Side note: We'll be cancelling our service shortly after you replace the Verizon boxes we still have because @espn and #mondaynightfootball aren't working. Again, Ron was outstanding.

Was told I could use it and avoid the rental fee for your equipment. Now after the fact your rep just told me I have to pay $10 a month regardless!! Total BS fix it!
