Not sure what's going on, but my cable box randomly restarts almost everyday. Getting real annoyed. Overpriced as hell and now I gotta deal with this shit.

Was told I could use it and avoid the rental fee for your equipment. Now after the fact your rep just told me I have to pay $10 a month regardless!! Total BS fix it!
