    @AskFrontier for a month I’ve been trying to fix a billing issue with your co. They called me today & all that accomplished was 5 txts saying you updated my email! R y’all gonna fix my billing or should I cxl your service? FYI when I call I just get dead air. 😡

    @AskFrontier for the third day in a row, I’ve been on the phone to resolve an issue and keep getting the run around. Nobody can come to my house for another 2 weeks. On top of that, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes tonight for nobody to answer and was disconnected.

    So according to @FrontierCorp custody service, my cable boxes, which are hooked up to coax, aren't working because my internet modern is broken, but my internet works fine. Finding out on demand service is down for a lot of people in tampa now. Hmmm

    I don’t understand how @FrontierCorp cable has ONE NFL GAME ON. ONE! This is the worst tv service ever and in fact the worst thing about having moved 600 miles away. I used to get a ton of games. Now I get ONE. And it’s never the one I want to watch 😡

    @AskFrontier That's fine. Tried to call but could not get to a person. Did web chat and was frustratingly able to get a live person. They said there was nothing they could do. Sad that Twitter is your means of customer service. Was my last resort to bring this to your attention.

    Congratulations @AskFrontier on become just as crap as any other cable company by setting an appointment for a very non-specific four hour block and then messaging me with 30 minutes to go in that block that you have to reschedule. NOT AMUSED.

    @FrontierCorp I have been trying to get technical support for days. I finally got a hold of someone 3 days ago and a technician was supposed to come yesterday and never showed. I’m wasting another day trying to get resolution. This is the worst support ever received.

    @AskFrontier my Wi-Fi has been down for a couple hours have been attempting to contact a live person via phone or chat for over an hour. This is ridiculous.

    @AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.
