Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

If you had clearly explained your problem, the AI bot can/will easily evaluate if it can help solve your problem or transfer that chat over to a human.Your main concern should be to getting your problem resolved, rather than worrying about the how
