I do the know the data is throttled to 8 mbps if you don’t have the Unlimited Extra plan, other than that 😁

Nothing. They simply don’t care about customer retention.

Got a roaming charge on my bill for going to Canada despite the border literally being closed - stayed on the phone for a hour to get it taken off - received my bill today and it was still there. Now I'm waiting on the phone again. 🤬

They wouldn’t bother to update their app to stream at the right FPS for 4K devices and it was super choppy. I was paying for both since YouTube tv wasn’t usable on my smaller TVs. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!
