The area was properly marked. Luckily I speak Spanish or I wouldn't have been able to tell their crew anything. Still haven't seen the supervisor they promised.

Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!
