    @ProFootballTalk I have att-uverse & can’t access Sunday ticket. I’d be willing to pay & have been....plus u-verse just removed the NFL NETWORK. Our local CBS affiliate is & been negotiating (for over 2 months).

    Shoutout to @ATT for scheduling literally day long internet maitenence, not telling us about it, trying to get $99 from us to send a technician out, then flat out lying, saying it would be done in ‘1-2 hours’ at 4pm. Still without internet. Never going with them again.

    Well, @attcares has now informed me that they will be 42.5 hours late for a line repair appointment. They show they care by shrugging. @ATT — just another dystopian juggernaut of poor customer service.

    @ATTHelp been w/o internet since Saturday morning. Your app doesn’t give estimated time of restoration; i have to call to get updates; the outage is “fixed”, but our entire street is still out? Your trucks are 200 yds away, why not send them over to finish the job?

    My service technician is going on seven hours late and @ATTCustomerCare does not actually care. Their advice is to just waiting for him to show up. Its almost 9:00 pm. Will reschedule me for late afternoon tomorrow — like I want to sit through this again.

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
