    @ATTCares I’ve been a loyal customer and had some bad experiences recently with a lot of your employees giving me wrong information and lying to be. I lost out on major savings for my family and I because of these lies and I never got anything resolved

    CUT @comcast @Att @xfinity and whatever cable you have. Just have high speed internet, take the money you save from cutting the cord and buy your self a @Ford or @GMC brand new, cheaper than cable and help USA companies at the same time.

    @ATT why does the premium package for directtv include NFL Network, but the premium package I pay for your streaming service (ATT TV) does not? Literally had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased a contract for your overpriced bundle… Can @Xfinity please come to Smyrna?!!

    Total wait time on hold by #Verizon is over 2hrs. My call was dropped the first time after 1:25 mins of holding. I’m 10 hours without service after porting my number. Still on hold with rep that can’t help and keep transferring me... terrible cust service @Verizon @TMobile @ATT

    @ATTBusiness 299412251 We signed up for Fiber in September. Confirmed availability and I have confirmed our appointment on 5 occasions. No one showed up to install today and I received no help via phone. We cancelled our service and I will never do business with AT&T again.

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @ATT I'm using the AT&t app to try and pay my mother's bill this is the stupidest f****** app I've ever seen nowhere on the app does it show me where I can pay her bill it's just a waste of f****** time. every time I've dealt with AT&t I've had the worst service.

    @ATTHelp This is unacceptable. 6 months of missing BYOD credits on 2 lines while 2 others are correct. Issue caused by rep plan change. 14+ calls and a case open for nearly a month with no resolution. Request immediate action.
