    @ATT why does the premium package for directtv include NFL Network, but the premium package I pay for your streaming service (ATT TV) does not? Literally had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased a contract for your overpriced bundle… Can @Xfinity please come to Smyrna?!!

    CUT @comcast @Att @xfinity and whatever cable you have. Just have high speed internet, take the money you save from cutting the cord and buy your self a @Ford or @GMC brand new, cheaper than cable and help USA companies at the same time.

    @ATT second time trying to get my phone fix at your establishment and no one can find the worker whose suppose to fix the phones. Gave me 14 days to get the phone fix but never here to fix it. How does that make sense

    People upset with the @TEGNA vs. @DIRECTV @Uverse situation: just go to Target or Walmart and buy a antenna for 20 bucks and you’ll get those missing stations for free over-the-air. Problem solved.

    Total wait time on hold by #Verizon is over 2hrs. My call was dropped the first time after 1:25 mins of holding. I’m 10 hours without service after porting my number. Still on hold with rep that can’t help and keep transferring me... terrible cust service @Verizon @TMobile @ATT

    @ATTHelp Honestly the only way y’all can keep my business after my contract expires, is add the NFL network. However this is my oversight, I just assumed since direcTV has Redzone and the ticket, that your streaming service would have the same. Just incredibly lame.

    @El_Sambre @sportsandra @ATT I have your exact issue. The Locast app on my U-verse box says it’s not available in my market, yet it works perfectly via the iPhone app which I’m able to cast to my TV via Chromecast.

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
