    @kenmhaggerty This has always been my experience in ~20yrs being @ATT customer. Service technicians are *fantastic* but most other cs is pretty bad

    Does anyone love their @ATT cell phone service? They have comparable satisfaction ratings to @Verizon, so if we can get a contact-free phone setup done today I’m down.

    @ATT well our phone lines @CrownCandy are down again it seems that every time it rains we lose phone service now I know that north Stl city probably is not high on your list of upgrades but maybe you should consider upgrading the service up here.

    But now to face another financial threat thanks to the absolute awful service @ATTBusinessCare provides. To say your shoddy infrastructure is horrible in north St Louis city is awful is a understatement. You are probably cost us well over 1500.00 in sales this week

    (Weeks ago) Me: so I’ll need new fiber installed 5.19 but old to stay on till 5.22 I’m WFH @ATT got it, install and disconnect on Wednesday Me: no, I need Internet to stay on AT&T: right, all work done on the 19th Me: WHAT NO AT&T: No problem Guess who’s got no internet today

    Congratulations @ATT your service tech just never even showed today so once again I went all day with only one phone line and no rollover line 🤬. Thanks gain for the terrible service I know you guys don’t care but You guys really really pooped the bed

    . @ATT I have been attempting to become a Fiber customer for 6+ months and your team can’t make it happen. Fiber line in my alley confirmed face-to-face by 6 techs. My home is center in 25 mile radius of fiber. Please help!

    Woke up this morning and our @ATT internet isn’t working. Husband and I both work from home. husband on the phone with them for 2.5 hours no resolution… And they won’t send anyone to help FOR TWO DAYS. Worst service imaginable.

    Hey @ATT just to let you know you still have not resolved or phone issues so tell John to stop patting the company on the back because we still only have the 1 working phone line. No worries we will be exploring other telecommunications option next week because this is just sad

    Ok I'm piling on @att @DIRECTV I only purchased #sundayticket so I could watch the games from my mobile device. Can't log in. Customer service said you are having trouble streaming and that I should watch it on my T.V. 🤨 Not the right answer. Fix it please.

    @MrMeso62 @ATT Sorry. That was confusing. The $200 termination issue was resolved (after argument). Low and behold, a big class action case regarding such practices was filed shortly after. The most recent is the equipment claim. I have delivery receipts confirming return.

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    People really think they can judge how someone responds to being abused. Not just inconvenienced, but abused! Being yelled by a rep or their refusal to provide a service/product you paid for is abusive! @ATT

    @ATT I'm using the AT&t app to try and pay my mother's bill this is the stupidest f****** app I've ever seen nowhere on the app does it show me where I can pay her bill it's just a waste of f****** time. every time I've dealt with AT&t I've had the worst service.

    @ATTHelp This is unacceptable. 6 months of missing BYOD credits on 2 lines while 2 others are correct. Issue caused by rep plan change. 14+ calls and a case open for nearly a month with no resolution. Request immediate action.
