Whatever beef y'all are having with @YahooCare needs to be settled. Having acces via my cell only is frustrating. Being able to login via PC is vital. We need a resolution.

Don’t say problems are fixed when they aren’t. Need to improve both or @ATT fiber will take your market post-CV.

And once they looked at the unburied cable and left again. No faith that this will ever get done! The permanent refrain: call the exposed cable center. I HAVE DONE THAT.

Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!
