    Thanks @Uverse ! Because of you I have may have to cancel my son’s birthday party. Internet has been down since Friday morning and you have no techs available until Monday. I’ve been your customer for 22 continuous years but I’m supremely disappointed. 😢 No streaming movies now

    @ATT My internet went out yesterday. Went thru support chat, determined I needed a tech appt. I work from home so I need it fixed asap. 1st appt was 3 days away. Today I called & got an appt today. Now the appt is cancelled and now I'm waiting until Monday!! WASTE OF TIME. WTF.

    @ATT Very regretfully, please know that after 6 days of no internet service (esp., in this pandemic), 4 technicians, I am told that the previous guys didn’t finish their job. Is this a joke??!! Sorry AT&T, you have failed and I see the truth that your main competitor claims👎👎

    @ATT customer service is one of the worst one I’ve experienced I own some stocks of ATT & I don’t think I’m gonna keep it anymore It’s 2019 and they basically do not have omnichannel #brandstrategy #FAIL #att

    @ATT internet outage for more than 24 hours now (since 815 am on Apr 12). No updates on when it’ll be resolved. Due to current times, business depends heavily on this. Understand challenges on your end too but some information and resolution would really help! 🙏🏽#attuverse

    Wow @ATT you suck. Today we spent another 5 hours waiting for the tech to show for an install. That's after last week when we waited 6 hours for a no show tech. Your support sucks because all you do is say "I understand your problem". Time to switch to @Xfinity

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.
