I work from home so I need it fixed asap. 1st appt was 3 days away. Today I called & got an appt today. Now the appt is cancelled and now I'm waiting until Monday!! WASTE OF TIME. WTF.

Nobody showed up and we had to call customer service to find out what happened. We waited all day for nothing. The reschedule date is July 8th. I would cancel but we need high speed internet.

In pandemic times internet is mission critical, our internet is down for 5 days, after 4 sets of service technicians they still couldn’t fix it! 20+ years...moving on!
