I’ve been talking to support for 30 minutes and no one can figure out how I pay the tax cost which is the blocker. Pretty lame experience.

Hard to get support since each case is being treated as unique. I’ve been bounced from two different support teams already.

I work from home so I need it fixed asap. 1st appt was 3 days away. Today I called & got an appt today. Now the appt is cancelled and now I'm waiting until Monday!! WASTE OF TIME. WTF.

Called AT&T, spoke to 3 depts, Rewards, CustomerCare & Loyalty, none were of any help. This is a long list of issues I’ve had with At&T.

Nobody showed up and we had to call customer service to find out what happened. We waited all day for nothing. The reschedule date is July 8th. I would cancel but we need high speed internet.

In pandemic times internet is mission critical, our internet is down for 5 days, after 4 sets of service technicians they still couldn’t fix it! 20+ years...moving on!
