    @ATTHelp is useless, they didn't even offer a bill credit for the time we spent waiting for our installer who never showed up, couldn't be bothered to call us to tell us they weren't showing up and then rescheduled us almost 2 weeks later. They get a 0 for customer service.

    @ATT I placed an order for a new phone last night and received an email saying I need to call support to process it. I’ve been talking to support for 30 minutes and no one can figure out how I pay the tax cost which is the blocker. Pretty lame experience.

    Day 2 of no @ATT internet service. One DM says they are working on it and another DM asked me to call during certain hours to speak to someone on the social media team. Did so and left message.

    Had it out with @ATT about our awful WiFi signal. Finally set up an appointment for someone to come out tomorrow. Guy shows up today unannounced, calls me three times to tell me he’s outside. Says everything’s fine and I’ll be getting a bill. Opposite of what I heard earlier.

    Wow @ATT you suck. Today we spent another 5 hours waiting for the tech to show for an install. That's after last week when we waited 6 hours for a no show tech. Your support sucks because all you do is say "I understand your problem". Time to switch to @Xfinity

    @ATTHelp again poor service from At&T. Ordered new phones online, added a new line and never received my Visa Rewards card. Called AT&T, spoke to 3 depts, Rewards, CustomerCare & Loyalty, none were of any help. This is a long list of issues I’ve had with At&T.

    Many cellular towers owned by @ATT are out due to the CA wild fires. My @Tesla gets no service in many areas. Maybe @elonmusk and @JohnLegere can strike a deal so I can use @TMobile Heck I’m just tethering to my T-Mobile service now anyways! #tmobile #tesla #ATT #uncarrier

    @ATT work on your customer service. We scheduled an install for Monday between 11 & 4. Nobody showed up and we had to call customer service to find out what happened. We waited all day for nothing. The reschedule date is July 8th. I would cancel but we need high speed internet.

    @ATTHelp I paid the bill last night so AT&T can rest easy, but here were the issues: -MyATT requires a password reset every month, even though I set up facial recognition to protect my password. -Finding and staying in the Pay My Bill Without Signing In link is a nightmare

    Brands focus a lot on customer experience of onboarding and making the entry to adoption easier. But seldom do they focus on customer exit scenarios. For example @ATT, getting their wireless service is super easy, but closing one is the MOST cumbersome thing on the planet 🤮

    I started a chat session on @ATT and ur reps had the nerve to try to cancel my lines after I complained that u guys r still charging me for phone ins that I asked to be cancelled last month!!!

    @ATTHelp @ixxues It has been 4 days without internet for me in Byron Center, MI. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.
