    @ATT widespread internet issues in Redwood City (100s of comments in a local FB group) but it’s intermittent and only certain sites and services. Hard to get support since each case is being treated as unique. I’ve been bounced from two different support teams already.

    @ATTHelp is useless, they didn't even offer a bill credit for the time we spent waiting for our installer who never showed up, couldn't be bothered to call us to tell us they weren't showing up and then rescheduled us almost 2 weeks later. They get a 0 for customer service.

    @ATT is the worse! On my app is says upgrade iPhone and BOGO and $300 visa reward card...trying to check out and no promo code or confirmation of BOGO and $300. Visa reward card...call for help and get the run around and get hung up on #attistheworst #attbadcustomerservice 🤬

    I started a chat session on @ATT and ur reps had the nerve to try to cancel my lines after I complained that u guys r still charging me for phone ins that I asked to be cancelled last month!!!

    Not only did the @ATT rep didn’t understand what I needed he transferred me to his manager that asked me to confirm I wanted to cancel a line when that was no the purpose of the chat

    Sucks that VoWifi and VoLTE doesn't somehow work for @ATT and @OnePlus_USA 5T Not getting network coverage at work isn't a pleasant experience. It's definitely a compatibility issue b/w the provider and device coz other combinations of both seem to work well.

No problem, I’m running dual sim with @ATT after unlocking my sim. Father about another day, going to make the switch. Shame on me for allowing this company to prolong this excuse of “investigating”
