I’ve been talking to support for 30 minutes and no one can figure out how I pay the tax cost which is the blocker. Pretty lame experience.

Nobody showed up and we had to call customer service to find out what happened. We waited all day for nothing. The reschedule date is July 8th. I would cancel but we need high speed internet.

One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.
