At this point their own tech has disabled the service I pay for no reason other than ignorance or lack of training and I pay for it.

Apparently @att @ATTCares thinks it's okay to sell a subscription, sabotage the service and put the customer out (time and money) at their whim.

It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
