    Brands focus a lot on customer experience of onboarding and making the entry to adoption easier. But seldom do they focus on customer exit scenarios. For example @ATT, getting their wireless service is super easy, but closing one is the MOST cumbersome thing on the planet 🤮

    @ATT internet outage for more than 24 hours now (since 815 am on Apr 12). No updates on when it’ll be resolved. Due to current times, business depends heavily on this. Understand challenges on your end too but some information and resolution would really help! 🙏🏽#attuverse

    @ATTHelp I paid the bill last night so AT&T can rest easy, but here were the issues: -MyATT requires a password reset every month, even though I set up facial recognition to protect my password. -Finding and staying in the Pay My Bill Without Signing In link is a nightmare

    @ATTCares 2 hours and no update from @att or @ATTCares At this point it looks like @att doesnt care about quality delivered as long as they can bill me. At this point their own tech has disabled the service I pay for no reason other than ignorance or lack of training and I pay for it.

    @ATTHelp Also, @ATTHelp , telling me to go somewhere else and sign in when I ALREADY TOLD YOU I CAN’T is called not listening. This issue is worsening, not improving. Figure out a way to go above and beyond, or, if not that, maybe…apologize?

    @ATT When an at&t tech disconnects my internet while working on the front house. You wont send a tech to repair for 4 days. Call 1: 2 hours with no help, "there is nothing we can do" "I'm unable to call dispatch" Call 2: 1 he 40 does call dispatch, calls the tech and...

    @bbb_us pls look into @att in Northern California. The more I post my issue the more people I find with similar story's. Apparently @att @ATTCares thinks it's okay to sell a subscription, sabotage the service and put the customer out (time and money) at their whim.

    Thanks @Uverse ! Because of you I have may have to cancel my son’s birthday party. Internet has been down since Friday morning and you have no techs available until Monday. I’ve been your customer for 22 continuous years but I’m supremely disappointed. 😢 No streaming movies now

    @ATT customer service is one of the worst one I’ve experienced I own some stocks of ATT & I don’t think I’m gonna keep it anymore It’s 2019 and they basically do not have omnichannel #brandstrategy #FAIL #att

    @ATT Guess your commercials about service only apply to wireless lines, not actual customer service. Should need 30 mins and 3 reps then a disconnect to get this answer. #poorjob

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over. Having foreigner tell me you switched to fiber it’s free and then sending me a $700 bill. @ATT you’ll never get your money. I don’t give a **** ****. You lied to me you ******* lied.

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    @ATT why is no one here not surprised you're not denying this nor have any concern for your employees illegal activities, especially leaving your customer without any service for over a week (and counting 🤬!!)

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @ATT I’m caught in a frustrating loop and need help. I’m coming to ATT, ordered phones, phones won’t come until porting pin is fixed, it’s fixed but still shows not fixed! I want my phones!
