    @bbb_us pls look into @att in Northern California. The more I post my issue the more people I find with similar story's. Apparently @att @ATTCares thinks it's okay to sell a subscription, sabotage the service and put the customer out (time and money) at their whim.

    Never thought its possible to live <10 miles from Silicon Valley and be held hostage by @PGE4Me... Like being transported back to the dark ages ! .. Have solar and they wont let me use it, have a generator but they also shut off internet (@comcast) and the cell towers (@ATT) !

    Thanks @Uverse ! Because of you I have may have to cancel my son’s birthday party. Internet has been down since Friday morning and you have no techs available until Monday. I’ve been your customer for 22 continuous years but I’m supremely disappointed. 😢 No streaming movies now

    @ATT customer service is one of the worst one I’ve experienced I own some stocks of ATT & I don’t think I’m gonna keep it anymore It’s 2019 and they basically do not have omnichannel #brandstrategy #FAIL #att

    Spent around 4 hours at AT&T store today. I haven’t been pissed at a brand like this before and this is the worst experience ever. I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro and they sent me two phones (2 different colors) and now they want me to return the one that I don’t want? @ATT 😡

    @ATT should just give their customers something to spend freaking 6 hours at their store doing nothing. I experienced something very similar back in 2016 when I bought a Note 7 and I was in this return loop that basically never ended.

    @ATT I need to file a property damage claim regarding an underground AT&T line that knocked my sewer line off its connection to the city line and has required repair. All my attempts to work through your customer service bots have been unhelpful. Please assist, thanks.

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
