    @ATT should just give their customers something to spend freaking 6 hours at their store doing nothing. I experienced something very similar back in 2016 when I bought a Note 7 and I was in this return loop that basically never ended.

    @ATTHelp Left that location and stored a different location. A start would be to assist customers per their requests, not to try to upsell them with contracts, “promotions” and plans they don’t need and never asked for at every turn.

    @KendalSheppard @ATT Also hard to believe the store rep couldnt get through to anyone as our Reps have their technical support to get through faster then care. But I think I can help get you some credits for sure and escalate the issue. If you like help .

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over. Having foreigner tell me you switched to fiber it’s free and then sending me a $700 bill. @ATT you’ll never get your money. I don’t give a **** ****. You lied to me you ******* lied.

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
