    @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber I have AT&T Fiber and could not be happier with the service. I don’t believe I have had a noticeable outage in almost two years and have XPON, delivering 5gbps to the home.

    @ZiplyFiber I could toss a ball to my neighbor w/service. Call to order, open ticket to verify path. Get a yes back in a few hours. Sent out a crew on the 31st, who looked at it. Just received a call saying "sorry, cannot provide service". Thanks for wasting my time.

    @FrontierCorp I pity anyone who has you as their phone company. When I moved into my new home, I had to fight for a year just to get you to admit I was in your service area. You never extended fiber to my development and now @ZiplyFiber won't either. You're mismanaged and horrible.

    @ZiplyFiber Almost 24 hours of our internet being out in Billings. Absolutely unacceptable. Such a high price for a second rate service.

    @rapuckett @jwvo @ZiplyFiber I had this problem for 6 six months. Hired a tech to certify that my house was wired for gig speeds, $400 ✅. Multiple ziply tests, many hours ✅. Eventually a ziply tech arrived, swapped out our modem/router. There was an unknown issue with the modem.

    @Xfinity is 1960’s technology… Just cancel and go with @ZiplyFiber Helping my parents with their Internet “upgrade” and ya this is a joke.

    @ZiplyFiber You’ve also destroyed property, held up traffic, lied, taken government funds to improve infrastructure and done nothing. Your customer service team is clueless, your installers are clueless. Last but not least, you’re killing local business.

    @Tmobile is dog ****. Pay $270 for 5MBpS **** that I’ll just go back to @ZiplyFiber at least for $50 a month I can get 25mbps. @TMobileCFO is just a scam

    @ZiplyFiber I just joined your service two weeks ago. My internet has been down since 2:30pm. I called tech support they said that it should be fixed or 9 tomorrow to check back then. That’s 18 hours…the entire LTOR extended trilogy is 12 hours..just putting that out there..

    @AskZiplyFiber That's it? An apology? No advance notice of "engineer work", no call, no email, no nothing. No communication whatsoever. This is REALLY bad customer service from someone not even a customer yet. @ZiplyFiber #customerexperience

    @ZiplyFiber The first time for the hookup, I was presented with an installer that was so rude I almost threw him out of my home, verbally, of course. From that point on sucks

    @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber flash backs to the vend of the 90's when NTL (in the UK) first launched their DOCSIS Cable Modem Service at a blistering 512kb/s!! As an an early adopter I had to buy my 3comfor around £150 although there was no additional rental/installation charge.

    I really hope our first 24 hours of @ZiplyFiber service isn’t indicative of how things are going to go because right now I’m glad I didn’t cancel Xfinity yet and I hate Xfinity.
