    Sure seems like @ZiplyFiber bought up the network here in Beaverton without the ability to support it. We’ve had a down line for over a month and my daughter tripped on it yesterday. They’ve sent techs after each time I call (4 so far) none of which have known who can fix it.

    @ryn_ve @ZiplyFiber Contacted tech support and after a manual ONT reset, it seems my speeds are back up. I’ll create a script to run it throughout the day and notify me if it’s below 800. I hope this isn’t a common reoccurrence.

    .@ZiplyFiber are you capable of doing anything right? I haven't had your service for 2 months, got a bill last month, contacted your team +had them again identify I no longer have your service, received an email stating that there is no billing necessary, received a bill today

    @AskZiplyFiber That's it? An apology? No advance notice of "engineer work", no call, no email, no nothing. No communication whatsoever. This is REALLY bad customer service from someone not even a customer yet. @ZiplyFiber #customerexperience

    @ZiplyFiber pretty disappointed with the service today. The website is taking forever to load and when it does I have to link my account? I’ve had your service for years now and all the sudden my account isn’t linked. Now I’m 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone 👎

    Hey, uh, @ZiplyFiber I'm kinda in the middle of an important stream. Why @AskZiplyFiber is my internet down? Also, why can't I login to the website for status, and oh yeah, why is there a 40 minute wait time for phone support just to find out if this is an outage?
