    @Xfinity is 1960’s technology… Just cancel and go with @ZiplyFiber Helping my parents with their Internet “upgrade” and ya this is a joke.

    I have never had an issue with technical support at @ZiplyFiber until this morning, when Gary decided to ask, without looking at my account, if it was shut off for non-payment. Someone should tell Gary not to assume.

    2nd day (that we know of) no phone service. No updates all day, other than “we’re working on it.” Neighbors and I had an “appointment” no one showed up. This is ridiculous. #noservice @ZiplyFiber this sucks! And no one is working tomorrow- great. #unsafe

    @CraftComputing @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber I tried once, if you use your own modem they will slow your speeds, magically when you use their modem speeds go up closer to whats advertised, slower speeds even if the rented modem in bridge mode.

    @ZiplyFiber This year Ziply raised my internet rate from $50 to $70, then cut my service. Now my tv freezes and buffers all the time. Thanks Ziply, good job.

    Why does @ZiplyFiber always lie too us and give us the worst customer service. They haven't given our area fiber still, they haven't even switched us to the new node, we were scheduled a tech today no show. So sick of it. Once starlink is more consistent we're switching.

    @AskZiplyFiber @ZiplyFiber My internet has been out now for six days. I’ve had my tickets have been closed multiple times without being resolved. The infrastructure outage is supposed to be resolved on temp fiber. This is unacceptable!

    @AskZiplyFiber Why don't you get the CEO of @ZiplyFiber to tell me why he needs $3.00 more of my dollars in his pocket. Because trying to talk to a foriegn customer service rep doesn't cut it.

    I really hope our first 24 hours of @ZiplyFiber service isn’t indicative of how things are going to go because right now I’m glad I didn’t cancel Xfinity yet and I hate Xfinity.

    @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber sounds like xfinity they tried that with me and im like i pay for the plain just give me the modem and ill send the crappy one back half the time it doesnt work and blocks website since they use McAfee for their security feature

    There’s no justification for our @ZiplyFiber bill rising $70 in a year’s time with no new or added service. Corporate greed at its finest. I advise to look elsewhere for service.

    @DannyMarang @ZiplyFiber has been rock solid for me - 1gps up and down. In my area they've even rolled out 2 and 5gbps service. Also, one of their VPs and their customer service are active on reddit in /r/ziplyfiber, I've hit them up with questions before

    @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber I argued so much about their stupid router that they finally gave me "free unlimited data" so I could basically pay for the router and use my own (I left theirs in the garage)... I still had to pay the $18-20, but that was cheaper than the $25 unlimited data fee. It's a racket.

    @ZiplyFiber you charge me $3.00 because I won't give you access to my bank account. I have never been late or missed a payment since you took over for frontier. I'll be searching for a new internet provider in my area. Your deceiving company practices will lose you customers

    I never had issues w @ZiplyFiber but I move to a place not serviced by them and use @CoxComm and nothing but issues. Sick of the spinning stream!!!!

    @ZiplyFiber I just joined your service two weeks ago. My internet has been down since 2:30pm. I called tech support they said that it should be fixed or 9 tomorrow to check back then. That’s 18 hours…the entire LTOR extended trilogy is 12 hours..just putting that out there..

    @ZiplyFiber pretty disappointed with the service today. The website is taking forever to load and when it does I have to link my account? I’ve had your service for years now and all the sudden my account isn’t linked. Now I’m 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone 👎
