So I’m still paying for this equipment, 2 months after trying to return it. Everyone on Facebook told me I had to get rude on Twitter to get any sort of help. Ridiculous.

When I moved into my new home, I had to fight for a year just to get you to admit I was in your service area. You never extended fiber to my development and now @ZiplyFiber won't either. You're mismanaged and horrible.

Multiple ziply tests, many hours ✅. Eventually a ziply tech arrived, swapped out our modem/router. There was an unknown issue with the modem.
