So I’m still paying for this equipment, 2 months after trying to return it. Everyone on Facebook told me I had to get rude on Twitter to get any sort of help. Ridiculous.

Seems like a very huge issue. This test was done over a wired connection w/ several devices directly to the ONT, cat-6.
