So I’m still paying for this equipment, 2 months after trying to return it. Everyone on Facebook told me I had to get rude on Twitter to get any sort of help. Ridiculous.

We’ve had a down line for over a month and my daughter tripped on it yesterday. They’ve sent techs after each time I call (4 so far) none of which have known who can fix it.
