    @ZiplyFiber I could toss a ball to my neighbor w/service. Call to order, open ticket to verify path. Get a yes back in a few hours. Sent out a crew on the 31st, who looked at it. Just received a call saying "sorry, cannot provide service". Thanks for wasting my time.

    @jwvo @ZiplyFiber Had online chat with support. They said my 100 Mbps package was "old" and that 1 gig would fixit . Yeah, whatever. But it was same price so upgraded. Getting same poor performance still (of course?)

    There’s no justification for our @ZiplyFiber bill rising $70 in a year’s time with no new or added service. Corporate greed at its finest. I advise to look elsewhere for service.

    I find it interesting that I can fix my internet slowness by running a speed test. I wonder what else @ZiplyFiber is monitoring?

    @ZiplyFiber Your customer service tech just told me they'd call before the install on Thursday, Two days after it was originally scheduled... They didn't even call today to tell me they wouldn't be here. You really think I believe they'll call before they show on Thursday?
