Having some issues, got directly to a rep who offered to upgrade to better service for 25% less than what we were paying (from our Frontier days), & then got us to a helpful service tech. They will be out tomorrow am. 🎉

When I moved into my new home, I had to fight for a year just to get you to admit I was in your service area. You never extended fiber to my development and now @ZiplyFiber won't either. You're mismanaged and horrible.

Crux (@0rganichuman) reported@rapuckett @jwvo @ZiplyFiber I had this problem for 6 six months. Hired a tech to certify that my house was wired for gig speeds, $400 ✅. Multiple ziply tests, many hours ✅. Eventually a ziply tech arrived, swapped out our modem/router. There was an unknown issue with the modem.
