    @ZiplyFiber Are you related to Shannon & Peter Van Oppen? I used to live in Seattle, but now I live in Glacier, WA--in Whatcom County. We have Ziply here & the internet is inadequate. We have lots of residents who want internet & can't get it & we have many who would pay for faster service.

    Hey @ZiplyFiber, serious question. Do you throttle your 1G fiber for paying customers? Example: 240ish Mb download speeds with 880ish Mb upload speeds? Seems like a very huge issue. This test was done over a wired connection w/ several devices directly to the ONT, cat-6.

    It’s really sad paying for a fiber network and can’t even enjoy gaming at night because @ZiplyFiber puts you at 9MBps. You get what you pay for, cheap.

    @ZiplyFiber Ziply is the worst company to use for internet or phone. Constantly drops. Tech support is horrible. Get Starlink.

    @ZiplyFiber I just joined your service two weeks ago. My internet has been down since 2:30pm. I called tech support they said that it should be fixed or 9 tomorrow to check back then. That’s 18 hours…the entire LTOR extended trilogy is 12 hours..just putting that out there..

    My @ZiplyFiber internet just stopped working out of nowhere. Called tech support and absolutely no help at all, couldn’t even pull up my account. Classic

    @ZiplyFiber This year Ziply Fiber cut my internet service and raised my rate from $50 to $70. Now my tv buffers all the time. Thanks Ziply. Good job.

    @terrajobst @ZiplyFiber I’m 1gbps down but only 50mbps up…that’s about as good as you get in Australia
