Slow internet speeds, polite customer service that takes to long to get a hold of. Currently on a 30 minute wait to talk to someone about my current outage, and all around intermittent service all week!

We pay you $255/month for some of the most unreliable service a company could provide. Do better for your customers.

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
