    @optimum your customer service is absolutely disgusting. Yesterday, 4 representatives, 3 supervisors for a total of over 3 hours on the phone, and not one of them could give me an answer to my problem. Time to cut the cord.

    @OptimumHelp been out all day in Fishkill, NY. And don’t bother ask for my specific address. Just let me know when you plan on addressing this obviously widespread outage. Seriously, this customer service isn’t looking so hot. Fix yourselves.

    @optimum I find I absolutely Appalling the you’re company thinks it’s ok for my household to get disconnected from the internet of 10/20 times a month. We pay you $255/month for some of the most unreliable service a company could provide. Do better for your customers.

    @OptimumHelp wife and I pay you guys a large monthly bill for subpar service. Slow internet speeds, polite customer service that takes to long to get a hold of. Currently on a 30 minute wait to talk to someone about my current outage, and all around intermittent service all week!

    @OptimumHelp Hello is anyone even there? Our Altice service is completely out due to Isaias in Hyde Park NY. It would be great if #optimum would atleast acknowledge the situation. The online outage map has hundreds of comments on this.

    @OptimumHelp What service does optimum provide that i am paying for..Your call centers in ******* India provide no service....constant phone calls provide no service...intermittent wifi over the past 2 weeks...that i assume we are paying for mo service. #nocustomerservice

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    This is a joke right? @optimum @OptimumHelp states they will help but once you call they say No and Hang up on you. They also won’t do anything that has an audit trail. They hate putting things in writing.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
