    @optimum your customer service is absolutely disgusting. Yesterday, 4 representatives, 3 supervisors for a total of over 3 hours on the phone, and not one of them could give me an answer to my problem. Time to cut the cord.

    @OptimumHelp called 10am lost whole day of work finally optimum call back at 9:30pm for optimum to tell me the best OPTIMUM can do is send a technician in 4 days because that is how scary good Optimum service is.

    @OptimumHelp so once again no internet service had tech here today restrung a line into the house 4 hours later nothing works everything is offline once again. What a waste of time and money would like to see this optimum 300 speed guess it’s hiding out with Bigfoot?

    @OptimumHelp What service does optimum provide that i am paying for..Your call centers in ******* India provide no service....constant phone calls provide no service...intermittent wifi over the past 2 weeks...that i assume we are paying for mo service. #nocustomerservice

    @OptimumHelp wife and I pay you guys a large monthly bill for subpar service. Slow internet speeds, polite customer service that takes to long to get a hold of. Currently on a 30 minute wait to talk to someone about my current outage, and all around intermittent service all week!

    @optimum I find I absolutely Appalling the you’re company thinks it’s ok for my household to get disconnected from the internet of 10/20 times a month. We pay you $255/month for some of the most unreliable service a company could provide. Do better for your customers.

    WFH has highs & lows. High = installing new modem & router and getting > coverage & speed; Low = unworkable instability. After many reboots & returns all my, ahem “service provider” @optimum can say is... well a lot of people are using the internet...

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
