    absolutely the most absurd, worst customer service I can possibly imagine @optimum — service person randomly pulls up one afternoon, disconnects internet from the telephone pole, LEAVES, I call to say that my service was out, then get billed $80 for it all. really cool.

    @OptimumHelp called 10am lost whole day of work finally optimum call back at 9:30pm for optimum to tell me the best OPTIMUM can do is send a technician in 4 days because that is how scary good Optimum service is.

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.

    This is a joke right? @optimum @OptimumHelp states they will help but once you call they say No and Hang up on you. They also won’t do anything that has an audit trail. They hate putting things in writing.
