    @VerizonSupport I've been with you guys for over 13 years. Never had an issue with service or support. Currently @ATT is able to reduce my bill, pay off my s23 and hotspot, and give me a new phone. I imagine after all the recently announced layoffs Verizon would do what they can to keep a customer. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing you guys can do to retain me as a customer. If you can help I appreciate it otherwise might have to give ATT a shot.

    ATT has an AP where you can restrict and control the usage of WiFI and texts. I’m sure other service have something similar. #parenttakeover @ATT

    Check this out @att, sent me a WARRANTY replacement phone that doesn't work correctly on many of the apps that are embedded . It's a Samsung NOTE 5. AND THE MAIN ISSUE IS THE "HANGOUT APP. HAS DATA , NEW FILTHY TEXT MESSAGES , COMING IN. I HAVEN'T EVEN INSTALLED MY SIM CARD YET

    @ATTHelp service stinks. It’s been 8+ hours, no Internet, no dial tone. On Friday, replaced modem and “fixed” box outside. Problem resolved until today, 12/26. Virtual assistant and SmartHome app is useless. They said they would back.

    @ATT Y'all have the WORST customer service ever, on the phone for 6 HOURS just to be told I wouldn't get my Samsung Galaxy s10 until NEXT WEEK instead of yesterday. Already making me regret switching providers.

    @ATTHelp your customer service is the worst on the planet. Won’t fix a $300 overcharge and have made me waste hours on the phone taking to people who don’t know how to do their job.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATT WIFI 5G Internet Air speed should NEVER! be slowed down or below basic DSL speed, don’t care how many people are on the system. Currently my 5G Internet Air speed is at 2 mps, disgusting! And no, has nothing to do with the placement of my Hub. A big 👎👎👎👎👎

    @ATTHelp @ixxues It has been 4 days without internet for me in Byron Center, MI. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I had the same issue w @ATT 4cell service. 1 man on duty, wouldn’t even answer a question 4me bc he was in “sales” & my question was 4 “customer service” & if I wanted help w our lines & plan i had 2call customer service & he didn’t even have # 4me. So bad I switched 2 Spectrum.
